Just Who are the Crooks in this County?

This is the very thing that is done to "run people out of business" in this County if they don't want you here.  I am not taking up for anyone, but this is something that needs to stop.  Before you believe anything coming out of the legal system, either the RRC Sheriff's Department or the "VV Express" in this county about this gentleman or his family members, ask for proof.  They say they have the proof, but from what I have been told, they have "adjusted the proof", and when everything comes out, there is more than likely going to be nothing but a lot of hot air, which is very prevalent in Red River County.   The Sheriff's Department, The County Attorney, The Bogata Police Department, and Texas Ranger Roger Lough, seem by my witness statement to me, to have been involved in this sort of shenanigans against this Convenience Store and it's owner.    I have talked to the Store Owner, Gary Mackey, and from what I have been able to see, this man is a single father trying his best to raise four (yes folks four) children.  He owns this store to try and feed his family, and give jobs to the community, but the establishment in this County does not want an honest businessman to own anything in this county, (I know this from first hand experience.)  and the truth be known it all boils down to a lot of "GAS".   This man has had everything in the world done to him by the establishment here, and it is a travesty.  This man takes good care of his children.  They have perfect attendance in school, which is a lot to say in this county.  They have all of their shots, clothes to wear, a clean warm place to live, and most of all the LOVE of a GOOD Father.  That is a DAMN SIGHT MORE than I can say for a lot of children in this county or any other.  So why don't these fools just go on down the road and leave this good man alone.  Let him raise his kids, and Love them.  There has never been, and there is nothing now that even shows that THIS MAN is allowing drugs to be sold from his store, or anything else illegal for that matter.  The Sheriff's Department and Mr. Freddy Booker need to go and bust some of the DRUG Dealers in Clarksville, and I know for sure there are a bunch of them, cause I saw the tips when I was the Crime Stoppers Coordinator.  They know these drug dealers are operating openly in the City of Clarksville, and do nothing, because they know them personally, hell from what I know about this county they are probably related to them, and then they have the balls to harass a legitimate businessman who is just trying to FEED HIS FAMILY. 

To the people of Bogata,  You may not like me, this website, or anything else that I am involved with, but this is one business that needs to be supported.  Their gas is reasonably priced, and they are running a honest establishment, and they are open 24 hours, no matter what the Red River County Sheriff's Department or any law enforcement gang in this community is saying.  If you hear these rumors being spouted by law enforcement, you need to ask the question.  "Do you have any proof of this, or is it something like a pea rolling around in the vast expanse of your empty head?"   One thing needs to be remembered in this county, (especially with our legal system)  "People are innocent until PROVEN  guilty."  Most definitely, the benefit of the doubt should be given to whomever this so called legal system we have here is against until they solidly  prove guilt.  Not using smoke and mirrors either like I have heard about in the past with their hand-picked grand jury members. 

THEY HAVE NOTHING THAT WILL SHOW ANYTHING ILLEGAL IS OCCURRING AT THE 4 WAY STOP AND GO IN BOGOTA.  IT IS JUST A WAY TO RUN YOU OFF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!    UNTIL THEY HAVE ANY EVIDENCE, THAT IS NOT TRUMPED UP, THIS WEBSITE WILL TOTALLY SUPPORT THIS HONEST BUSINESSMAN WHO IS TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING AND FEED HIS FAMILY!!!!!!!!   Think about it.... if these fools had any evidence, they would arrest this man, not just talk about it, especially as bad as they want him and his business gone.

Who is really bad here??  Is it Gary Mackey who is trying to feed, clothe, and love his 4 children while trying to make a honest living running the 4 way Stop and Go in Bogota???????   Maybe someone who is related to the "Clique" or someone in law enforcement wants this man's business, and wants it bad.... think about it!!!! 

Just a note of reminder, because I have said this before on this site.  My Wife and Val Varley graduated from law school together.  I campaigned for Val when he ran for District Attorney in Lubbock, Texas because I thought he was a good honest man.  "It will definitely NOT happen in Red River County!!!
