This election cannot be proved "mathematically". 

When the printing company prints the ballots they all have serial numbers on them.  You probably noticed the bar code and the number if you voted on a paper ballot.  The ballots from the company who prints the ballots have a starting serial number, and are numbered sequentially (in order counting up) to the ending serial number.  These ballots are delivered to the County Clerk along with a sheet that tells her what serial numbers are enclosed and how many ballots there are. 

On election day when the County Clerk distributes the ballots out to the precincts, there is a Register of Official Ballots included in a white envelope that has the serial number of the starting ballot, and the serial number of the ending ballot along with how many ballots are distributed.  They should check this against the blank ballots to make sure that the sheet is correct as to how many ballots, and the starting and ending serial numbers.  These ballots are then put out for you (the voter) to use, and they are initialed by the election judge, and are used in sequential order, but the voter can select from several ballots on the table that are blank.  This keeps your vote secret. 

When the votes come back to be counted, the election judge fills out the Registry of Official Ballots, and fills in the Number of ballots defectively printed by the printer, the Number of spoiled ballots returned by voter, the Number of ballots voted including provisional ballots.  The numbers should match up, and the serial numbers from and to should also match up.  This is the mathematical proof of the election.  NO BALLOTS ARE EVER THROWN AWAY, DESTROYED, OR SHREDDED.

lf we check the ballots from lets say Precinct 7, all the voted ballots in the box should fall between the serial numbers of 18126 to 18200.  Any ballots in the box that do not fall within those serial numbers are not valid in that box.  We know from Precinct 7's box that they got 75 ballots from the County Clerks office, because 18126 to 18200 is 75 inclusive. 

So, if all the Registry of Official Ballots were filled out, which they presumably are not, because I did not get them, then we should be able to look into each Precinct Box, look at the voted ballots and check the serial numbers and they should mathematically be correct.  If we find some serial numbers that are not listed then the election is in suspicion of fraud.  There is no way to check this election, because the proper paperwork is not done. 

So, someone could have taken voted ballots out of a box, destroyed them, and then added in ballots with whomever's name voted on them they wanted too, and there is no way that we can check the serial numbers that should have been there against the ones that are there.  The early voting Precinct 32 box has no serial numbers for the ballots listed.  A lot of the boxes Precinct's 1,2,3,5,13,18,19,20,21,30 have no Registry of Official Ballots even filled out, so we have no way to know the serial numbers for the ballots issued. 

This makes me and should make you very suspicious about the validity of this election, because someone could have definitely tampered with the ballots. The fact that the paper work is either missing, not filled out, or whatever should make all of us suspicious, about the validity of this election.  It would be very easy under these circumstances for anyone to tamper with the outcome.  I am very disappointed with the County Clerk for not doing her best to keep this election on the UP and UP.

How can they say the Votes have been Canvassed when they can't account for the ballots? The question I ask is "Is this more of the "Anything and Everything" that was talked about?  Did my vote count?? Did your vote count?? Whose votes counted?? Who was really elected?? Is this the United States of America, or are we living in Afghanistan, or possibly Russia, or a 3rd. World Country?  How stupid do these people think the voter's are in this county???  "Duh"!!
