NOTICE Citizens of the Avery Independent School District October 28, 2008 There is a rollback tax election going on for the Avery ISD through this Friday (early voting). This election is due to the fact that the Avery School Board has set the tax rate at $1.17 / $100.00 which is 13 cents / $100.00 of valuation above the maximum rate. The early voting on this important referendum is in progress right now and will continue until the 28th of October. The main voting day for this election is the 4th of November. This is not part of the General Election, and you must go to the Avery School Administration Office (Superintendent's Office) if you want to vote in this election during early voting. If you are unable to early vote, the ballots for this election will be at your regular voting location during the general election on NOV. 4th. This is per the County Clerk's office. Please go and vote! When I voted on Oct 22, there were not many people who had voted so this election needs to be energized by the voters turning out and voting in this important election. So, drop what you are doing and go "VOTE". Make your voice heard in this election. Remember you have till Friday 31 Oct. 2008 to vote at the Avery ISD Administration office. Editorial Comment on a Rumor! October 9, 2008 Hey folks I heard a rumor, and wonder about its factual correctness (how true it is). I have been told that Robert Bridges has made the statement that he has better things to do than be the Sheriff of Rail Road County. Another part of this rumor is that he plans to recommend the present (our illustrious lying, cheating, stealing, criminal) Sheriff Terry Reed to be appointed in his place? If this is true, we now know why the bald faced bobble headed liar gave a statement that he should have given 12 years ago, at the present time in the Alton Peek case (if it should even be considered a statement).

Editorial Comment October 9, 2008 Isn't it funny how the big business tycoons who drew the huge bonuses ran a lot of people's retirement accounts into the ground, and then the federal government turns around and gives them more of our tax dollars to bail them out? Why hasn't the "Elite" Washington tycoons of our government thought about making the little guy whole by giving him his money back and letting all those tycoon CEO's and businesses that squandered it in the first place go down the tubes? Seems to me that we the taxpayer are left out in the cold again... If it was the little guys money in the first place who earned it, why are they screwing us twice by making us pay for the big guy who squandered it's screw-up? It wouldn't cost the government any more than it is costing it now.... Isn't it our money in the first place they are throwing around? Seems rather elitist doesn't it? Wouldn't the economy be more stimulated if we spent our money rather than the CEO's and Government? It is time for a Change! Do you agree or disagree? There are statements out in the public that this site was started by someone other than myself. Those who are making these statements are very ignorant of the facts of what it takes to own or operate a website. I would like to clear up these misstatements by clearly and unequivocally stating that this site was started solely by myself, and no one excepting myself controls or owns any part of it. No one has ever told, or made me put anything on this site, or has been able to make me change or remove anything from it, and that is what has made the elected officials and clique so rampant in their efforts to shut it down. They are unable to exert any control over anything that is said here, unlike other publications in this county. I am not the moderator as I have been accused of, I am the owner. I am the only one with the password. I started this site to bring a voice to the public of this county who had no voice, and it has accomplished exactly what it was started to do. The proof being that people actually speak out in the open now about issues, rather than in hushed whispers. I take no credit for anything except this site. I no longer write on the site on a daily basis, because I do not have the time due to the failing health of my dear wife. The only time I take up my pen now, is if there is an issue out there that screams out for comment.
There is plenty on this site to keep a person reading for quite a while. For two years or more, there was publication every day, along with documentation, and video to prove what was being written. Sources were checked and verified, unlike other sites out there that are completely anonymous. Those in the opposition of this site state that it is lies and propaganda, but it is totally impossible for them to prove that because the documentation showing the facts accompanies statements of fact on the site. All you have to do is read and look. The official documentation is here whether they like it or not, and none of their anonymous lies can remove it.
The past and continuing corruption in our justice system, and law enforcement is a fact, and all the anonymous postings and propaganda being spread by those in power evaporates when you read the accompanying documentation proving what is said on this site. Our County Attorney "VV Express" is running rampant attempting to prosecute, and is persecuting "INNOCENT" people for crimes they did not commit. I know this to be a fact, but am holding back until the proper time and place. **(If there was oversight by the state Attorney's General into "VV's" criminal shenanigans there would be none of them because he would be accountable to someone other than the criminals and clique of this county.)** Now, they are for some reason making arrest in "Cold Cases" that they actually have no new evidence, except those made by a person who is a proven bald-faced, bobble-headed liar!!! People are awake to these facts from what I have seen, so I do not have to make any real comments on that either. I will say that these actions are the dying quivers of an administration that has doomed itself, and that we should not believe that these "lame maggots" have really become "great investigators" all of a sudden when they have done absolutely nothing but lie, cheat, and steal in the past as is proven on this site, and in it's accompanying documentation.
In closing remember, liars, cowards, and criminals hide behind anonymity, changing the facts by plagiarizing, cutting, and pasting, and can show absolutely no proof of their statements using real honest to goodness documentation. If they really were telling the absolute truth, they would be able to back it up with the accompanying documentation necessary to prove it, and use their real names. Until then........

My question is: If Josef Hausler knew these facts back in 1995 and they were important enough to gain an arrest warrant why were they not acted on back then, and why did Josef and Sheriff Terry all of a sudden decide that it was viable information in the case. REALLY BOYS, WHERE'S THE BEEF? FROM WHAT I SEE ALL YOU GOT IS HOT BOBBLE HEAD AIR!!! SHOW US THE REAL PROBABLE CAUSE, FROM WHAT I SEE YOU HAVE NONE!!!! A great example of real Probable Cause would be putting Michelle McCloure (Peek) or James Humphries on the scene of the crime at the time that it occurred, and they can't do it. Take a real look, Timothy Shimpock was out there on that road, and he didn't see either Michelle, or James out there.... at least if he did, he didn't include it in his statement. If an elected law enforcement type person did not see them out there during the time the murder was committed, then how did they commit a conspiracy to murder or for that matter the murder itself??? THINK ABOUT IT!!!! THIS SEEMS TO BE AS TRUMPED UP AS ANOTHER CASE WE ALL KNOW ABOUT!!! The "VV Express" strikes again! Have you ever heard the saying, "If you want to get away with murder, Investigate it yourself!!!"

May 4, 2008 To those people who have been sending citizen opinions, that I have not posted. I have decided that I will post citizen opinions, even though I am not being very active in doing anything with the website. From this date forward, if you send in a citizen opinion, you must be willing to publish your name. If you are not willing to publish your name, it will not be posted. People in this county need to understand that if you always remain anonymous, that the opinion carries no weight in the public forum. So, from this point forward if you send in an opinion follow the directions on the Citizen Opinion Posting page, and remember that I only post opinions of those who have the intestinal fortitude to sign their real name on the bottom for all to see. If this site continues, it will be because the people make it continue. They spoke out as the majority in the last election, and I believe that the majority has spoken to their wishes, and that this website is not a major part of those wishes. It will remain intact as a documented reminder of the past and continuing history of Red River County. It will also be here for those who wish to continue to speak out for informational and personal opinion purposes. Federal Lawsuit Filed for Not Less Than $1,000,000.00 Against Defendants Commander Robert Bridges, Sheriff Terry Reed, and Red River County A Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit was filed yesterday March 24, 2008 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Texarkana Division naming Defendants Robert Bridges Commander of the newly formed Narcotics Special Response Team, and Sheriff Terry Reed. The lawsuit also names Red River County as a defendant in the suit. The suit alleges that Commander Robert Bridges, because of Sheriff Terry Reed's failure to properly train, counsel, and also due to his failure to properly discipline, and supervise did Unreasonably Search and Seize under the guise and color of the law using an improperly executed warrant that was insufficient for a Magistrate to find probably cause to allow it's execution. It also alleges that the two Plaintiff's Virgil and Mark Richardson innocent bystanders at the location and not named in the warrant were unlawfully restrained, detained and then arrested against their will, and were deprived under the United States Constitution of their lawful civil rights and liberties. Now, you may say there goes Mark Lesher suing the County again. Folks, all I am going to say to you is that all of you know what idiots we have running the Sheriff's Department, and Justice System in this county, so don't try to blame the lawyer for doing his job as an officer of the court, standing up for the Plaintiff's civil rights and liberties. This could be you they did this too! Blame it on the stupidity of Commander Robert Bridges, and Sheriff Terry Reed and the improper and criminally run Justice System of Red River County, which does not even have a competent Magistrate to read a search warrant and realize that there is not probable cause in it to allow her to sign to allow it's execution. Our taxes are outrageous now because of the stupidity of our elected officials who not only flaunt their criminal activities, but rub our noses in it by raising our taxes to pay for their incompetence and ignorance. Go ahead and vote yes for four more years of this same type justice. Our officials complain that we are the poorest county in the State of Texas, but they keep doing the same stupid acts, and we as the taxpayers pay for it, while they go merrily on their way. Vote Yes during the week of March 31st. and on election day April 8, 2008 to keep Terry Reed and the justice system the same. Vote Robert Bridges Sheriff of Red River County. Since I am always told to leave this County, I will tell you that I have the capability to leave this county and get away from the corruption. DO YOU???? P.S. Think about it.... Federal Civil Rights Violations Lawsuits are not something that are filed for political reasons under any circumstances. The U.S. Government and it's Federal Courts are not favorable forums to execute that sort of tactic, unlike the Courts and Justice System of Red River County. I was extremely impressed with the forum held by the Zion Traveler Baptist Church. They followed the Ethics Commission Publication for holding the forum to Meet the Candidates in this election, which is the proper way to hold a forum of this type. They forum was very professional, and the leaders of the church should be commended by the Community for a job very well performed.
I am tired, and have decided that the forum speaks for itself, and am only going to make a few comments about it, and the purpose of this site since three of the candidates brought up the fact that they thought this site was mudslinging.
I wish that the moderator had asked more questions. This was the whole purpose of this forum, but I know that if he had asked some of the questions that he did not ask (that the people wanted answered) that it would have put some of the candidates on the spot to furnish the information the people were wanting. Forums need to be held to inform the people, and answer their questions. There was not enough time to answer very many questions after all the candidates gave their platform speeches. It was very interesting though as you will hear from listening to the tape. I am sure that many of you have already done so, and that more of you will now. It is best listened to in mono format on a couple of cheap speakers hooked to a computer.

One thing for sure, I know that I am doing a large part of what is necessary in informing you. If I am missing something, please let me know, and I will try to correct it. I hope that those of you who read this site feel that I am, and are getting the information that you wish. I know that the site is considered biased, and it is to some extent because if there is nothing in a candidate's past it is not brought out on the site. The candidates who are talked about on the site, are shown how they operate because of their past actions documented through posted facts. If you don't like what is here or what is not here, if any of you will get the documents that prove anything about any candidate's character, or actions, I will post it for everyone to look at. I don't care who the candidate is, and whether they are a candidate that I have endorsed or not. Don't expect me to go out and dig very much on a candidate that I endorse, because I think that they are the most honest, and the best for the job, or I would not endorse them. I will not however post any "statements of facts" that are unsigned by anyone that doesn't have the guts to state who they are and give me their telephone number so that I can talk to them directly to ask them about the statement.
This requirement is what the Nickerson and Turner camps are so upset about. The Bridges camp can post anything that they can find about the other two candidates, as long as they show me the documented proof, and sign their names and put their telephone number on the statements. That's all I ask!
What I can't stand is any candidate that will stand up after facts have been shown about their lack of character in any matter and say that they aren't going to sling any mud because the don't believe that they deserve the job if they sling a little mud. The facts are that they can't find anything bad to show about their opponent, or they would have already slung the mud. Their shoddy character proves that they will sling tons of mud if they could find any.
I can't help it if you don't want to, or can't find anything that you are willing to put your name on to get it posted. You cannot blame me or this site for the "Honesty" of particular candidates who have no bad documentation, or for your "Inability" as the supporters of the Candidates who dislike this website because you can find nothing to post about your opposition.
This is the purpose of this website is to dig. I do some digging. People who are out there reading do some digging. The opposing parties camps dig. Everyone knows that documentation is necessary to prove facts and that is what we use here.
So get over it Turner, Nickerson, Bridges, Perkins, Varley and all the other's out there whose characters are proven to be more as less than credible because you have either committed acts of stupidity or acts of ineffective counsel, or overcharging the county for hours that you did not work in doing it, or getting elected to a position and trying to double or triple your salary using pressure on a commissioners court, or allowing racial profiling jokes and signs that promote the "Responsible use of Marijuana" to stay posted to your myspace, or the fact that you cover your sisters butt using your office as a commissioner, or that you get your wife off using a shenanigan to keep from paying a traffic ticket or any other of the stupid, immoral things like running around on your wife with another married woman, or making sexy panties, or being perverts, that any of you have been proven to do.
I am going to make a statement that really showed David Turner's true colors in this forum in my opinion. He showed up at 6:30 instead of 5:30 to the forum. Every candidate got the same invitation that I did to the meeting, and it was VERY CLEAR what time the forum started. I would also like to ask David Turner why he had to have another male person drive him to the forum, and why did I notice that you were slurring your speech and looked like you had been sleeping in your suit? I had a witness who saw you being driven up, and I heard you slurring your speech with my own two ears, so don't complain that I asked the question. SEE THE INVITATION THAT I GOT, AND ALL THE CANDIDATES GOT! What were you doing directly before the meeting that you did not want to leave Mr. Turner?
I am going to tell Rufus Ward that he needs to clean up in his own backyard before he starts saying that this county is a good place to live and this site is bad because it proves that it isn't, and shows it to the world. I don't want any one else to make the same mistake in moving here that I did until the corruption is cleaned up. I feel that your sisters involvement with the "Overcharging by NET DATA" in providing this counties computer system is more than questionable since she does so much in covering it up. Rufus, you also need to stop using the same canned things you always do. I agree you do a lot for the people of your precinct, but that third arm you have needs to be used for something more than patting yourself on the back. You are passionate about what you say, but you have cursed at me more times than you have preached. That tells me a lot about you!
To those of the establishment in this county, and those that are not happy with this site. It is here, and it is staying here as a source of "True and Factual Information" to the people of this County. It is a needed source of information that no other publication located here is willing to do. Also, if this site was not needed, we would not be here showing what we do, and it would not have tens of thousands or readers viewing it from all over the earth. If you want the site to be a different format, then stop doing illegal activities and stop the corruption within your governmental areas, and when there is nothing more, the site will change to a more positive source of information to the people, but we will still provide the bad as well as the good. At the same time, if everything is "covered up" at the sheriff's department, and the county government, and the information is not given or willing to be given as it is at the present, it is your faults that make this site what it is. You governmental officials are so corrupt, and have so much to cover, that you cover up the good as well as the bad, because you are afraid that one tidbit of information whether good or bad will expose more of your actions than you want exposed. That is your fault, and not the fault of this site, it's readers, or mine as the Webmaster.
Get a life and governmental office that is void of corruption, and moral turpitude and the exposure that you do not like will cease!

Get you a coke, and get comfortable, cause folks this is a long one! Blame it on yourself because you asked me to give you the details, and I am going to do it to the best of my ability!
I would like to say straight off that I respect and admire the Volunteer Fireman and the First Responders of this county. They responded to help when my wife fell out of her wheelchair, and hit her head on the floor. At the time, I did not know that she had knocked herself out, because I had never seen a person knock themselves out before. I literally thought that she was dying, because I did not see her fall. I just saw what I thought was convulsions, her eyes were open and she was making gurgling noises. Scared the literal "hell" out of me. Anyway, if it had not been for the Avery First Responders getting here so fast, no telling what kind of shape I would have been in since the Ambulance had to respond from "New Boston". Thank you so much First Responders for being "just around the corner" when we need you. These brave men and women deserve our support and our thanks! I know that I am thankful for you every time I have to call. This is why I join the ambulance service every year because a portion of the membership is given to our dedicated local First Responders. And I do my best to support them when they have their donation fish fries and the like!
Now to the thick of things..... Yes readers, I was at the Avery Meet the Candidates yesterday, and all of you are "dying" as I was told last night to know the details of what happened. Well, there were a lot of sweets sold, and I loved the little ditty that was placed on the Anonymous posting page that really summed it all up; Cakes & Pies, Cakes & pies, Did you see "Fakes" telling sum lies? Seems that "Everyone" wants to get a piece of the candidates to see just who and how much they are willing to spend to get into office. It is a great fundraising tactic, but for some reason, it is reminiscent of the tactics used throughout our elective processes for the candidates to raise money. It really makes me uncomfortable. I know it raises a lot of money, and really more than they could get just putting a hat on the table, which is sad considering the dedication of our Fireman and First Responders.
From talking with candidates in the past, I know that they "invest" a lot of money in sugar and flour running for office.... if they have it. It made me uncomfortable because I could not afford to bid on anything at the prices sweets were selling for. I can only imagine how some of the candidates felt that couldn't spend $100 on cookies, or $300 on a cake. You could tell it was a lot of showoff on the Candidates part, because some would bid extravagant amounts and win an item, and then say "Just put it back and sell it again!" Tell me that is not showing off for the crowd. If you really wanted to make an honest and sincere donation, you would do it at the end when no one could hear, and just give that amount of money, rather than making all that hoopla bidding up the price, only to say "Sell it again!" At least it is a good way to "fleece" the high rolling "Maggots" who are in office that like to flaunt some of their "ill gotten booty!" I only hope that it does not "influence" anyone of the taxpayers on how they vote, as that is the scary part!
Let's see. Oh, the big question on someone's mind was "Was our bestestest friend (mrs secretary) there?" Nope, she didn't show her face. I was truly surprised, because she always loves to get into the cesspool and rub elbows with the "Maggots". You know I don't recall seeing the Mayor there either, but I was not really looking around the area where they had the rubber "cesspool" setup on the southwest side of the building, so I could have missed him! Everyone saw all the pictures, so you know the players that showed up. I did not take many of the crowd, because the sun would shine into the camera lens at that angle.
I will say that the Avery Volunteer Fire department puts on a good feed bag. I did not partake of the "hot dogs" that they were passing out, but they smelled really good cooking and they had all the fixins to make one like you wanted. I enjoy a good hot dog, but it seems that I always seem to forget that they feed people at these things, and I eat before I go. My loss!!! Well, three in the afternoon is usually the time I am beginning to get sleepy from lunch and lie down to take an afternoon nap if I am not involved in something more important.
I was really pleased that the Candidates did such a good job, and with such civility. (Well all except one, and I will crawl on him in a little while.) I like some am not a "get up in front of a crowd" to speak type person. I can talk to all of you from the written page, but its really tough looking out over a crowded room and listening to the silence and breathing of the crowd as you try to convey your thoughts. That's one reason I probably won't ever be a politician, because I am not one of those that enjoys crowds especially in a location where you can feel the hostility of the political environment.
Its funny how politics and the "truth" seem to be strange bedfellows in this country, and those candidates that are truly sincere about being "honest" and have the peoples best interest at heart seem to come up short at the Ballot Box! (You know, like John Edwards.) It just seems that people would rather be told lies from their candidates than the truth. Is it just me, or do you notice it also? Well, they always say "You know a politician is lying because his lips are moving!" I hope that this time around that everyone really looks at their candidates, and can tell those that are "lying thought their teeth" by saying a lot of flowery promises, and statements that really make no sense when you sit down and think about them.
How many of you would actually attend a "Citizens Police Academy"? Would any of you want to go up to the Sheriff's department and participate with any of our law enforcement, and them carrying loaded weapons? I especially do not care, nor have the desire to ride with any of them on actual calls with them carrying loaded weapons. One actual guarantee is that I would be deathly afraid of being exterminated by "friendly (or unfriendly) fire" if you get my drift. But, it Seems that is one of the top things that is being "touted" as a campaign platform item. "A Citizens Police Academy." Sounds like a flowery campaign promise that is as hollow as the experience of the person saying it!
Then you have those candidates who have no opposition in the election. It is sad that people are so scared, complacent, or like me don't have the time, or the required credentials to run against some of these "Maggots" who are just going to walk right back into office, and keep doing it over and over again. I almost got sick to my stomach when one of them nearly came to tears. Everyone attending knows who it was and what the reason was. I wouldn't normally do or say anything at a time like this, but I had just talked with a real person recently who has handled battered women in this county. This person told me most truthfully, with tears in their eyes, how women would go into the Sheriff's department for help after they had the shit beat out of them by their husbands, and would be told "Well I can help you if you will grace me with a favor or two!" This person said that this happened with every woman they talked to that asked for help from the Sheriff's department. I am having an extremely difficult time to keep from puking, much less even trying to imaging the depths of depravity that a "thing" such as this working for the taxpaying citizens of this county could stoop so low as to proposition a battered woman begging for help! Tears indeed! My thoughts on the subject is good riddance!
Then you have the candidate who complained about the "mudslinging". It's always amazing to me that anyone who has a credit card debt of over $2000., would have to be sued to pay it off would consider the truth being told about it to be mudslinging. And, why would anyone vote for the same person who was found to be a "Bad Lawyer" not only by a hearing judge but by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. A lawyer who was proven to exorbitantly overcharge the county for indigent appointments, much less not representing his client to the best (well maybe it was the best) of his abilities. And this is a Candidate that we have running for our 6th District Judge? God help us all!
Everyone who is a citizen of the United States is "Guaranteed" under the constitution that they will receive equal justice under the law. It's too bad that the framers did not realize that sooner or later without a king to take all the money, that there would be people who could "purchase" justice to go their way, and those that had no money would be "put in jail to rot". I don't call that equal justice, but I am told that our system is "The best in the World!" I know of cases where divorce has sent men to jail for molesting their children just on the wife's prompting of the child to say it happened when it didn't. And, I also know of cases where it is going on, is a proven fact that molestation is and has occurred, and still occurring yet the system lets the perpetrator go free because of "who the person knows, and can gain influence over the judge"
Then we have a candidate that is only interested in the power and money, and he is a slick nice looking politician who talks like a professional, and can interject jokes that make the crowd sit up and take notice. But it is a documented fact that he was only a County Judge for about 8 months and quit because he could not wield the power of his office to gain a salary increase, and start a committee that would usurp the powers of the Commissioners Court! It is a known fact that he can wield his power with anger, and delve into the muddy depths without thinking first, and is difficult to work with. (Sounds a little like Judge Lovett doesn't it?) We don't need this candidate sitting in judgment over us either, but it could happen if you don't do your homework and study the candidates carefully before you darken the square in front of a name!
If our system of Justice is the best in the world we are in a terrible pickle, and god help us all if we elect the wrong candidate!
Last but not by any means the least, we have our fine County Attorney Val Varley who stood up in front of the crowd and made the statement that we have a lot of fine citizens in this county, and then we have those that operate and write on the internet who are "Nuts"! You can bet Valerie, that if any of us in this county are "Nuts" it is most definitely you. You would not have even made the statement if so many people had not given you a hard time that read it, much less the whispers that you have have to endure. My only regret is your wife having to endure your philandering. You will notice that the only agreement you got on your statement came from around the southwest area of the building where all your "Maggot" buddies were congregated around the rubber cesspool. That ought to tell you something Valerie, and something else you should realize is 11,513 people read the site last month, and a lot of them see the truth, and the documentation here. Instead of them being asleep at the controls now, it is you!
I also did not fail to notice how you (Valerie) ran out and tried to bury your head up David Turner when ya'll were leaving. I know that you are campaigning for him to get into office so he can tell you how to "woodshed your witnesses" when they aren't saying what you need on the witness stand to get a conviction. Him being "proven a bad overcharging attorney" will help you even more in his ignorance and non caring attitude of the law! What attorney when asked the question about his "Ineffective Council" would say they didn't agree with the hearing judge, and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and would do it all the same way all over again!!! If people here would just think about the fact that you are so heavily campaigning for Turner in the shadows they would probably not vote for him any more than they would Nickerson who I am told is not your first, but second choice.
I am not blind to the facts of choosing a District Judge like most people. I became aware of how important the choosing a District Judge really is because of Donna being a Lawyer. You don't realize as an everyday citizen who doesn't break the law, how important those "Elected District Judge Positions" are until you know someone who has to practice in front of them. And take my word for it, you don't always want to ask "Who" to vote for as Judge either from your "local law enforcement" or "attorneys", because some of them like yourself (Valerie) have an important interest in who will do their bidding for them.
If you got to the end of this article, you damn sure had better go vote, cause voting will take you a lot less time, and believe me in this election every vote is going to count!

Credit Card Debt! Steeerrrike TWOOOO!
On 1-15-2008 a court action was filed in the Justice of the Peace court in Lamar County against David C. Turner Jr. and Susan Turner of Paris for failure to pay a Credit Card Debt in the amount of $2,348.21 (a credit card debt) by Erin Capital Management as an assignee of City Bank. The Case Number was C1-1327. I called the J.P's office today, and they told me that the case had been dismissed. Guess Mr. Turner decided to pay the debt rather than have it go as a judgment against him.
Is this the type of District Judge that we want running our court system. One that has to be sued to get him to pay off his credit card debt. No one "forgets" to pay a debt in that amount except "conveniently". That shows a lack of character that we do not need in a District Judge!!!
